vegetables, fruits, yogurt, sandwich, noodles, pizza, fried rice, high quality meat,
drinking. In 2017, a study showed how workplace barriers and students are effected by
nutrition and exercise (Mazzola, Moore & Alexander, 2017). Nutrition is a big part for
students’ body because it will bring lots of energy to them and it is more likely to make
sure students become more positive because students would not worry about suffering
from hunger and they can more focus on their study or the things they really want to
do. Therefore, the pupose conducted that identify how food nutrition will promote an
exercise behavior and intellectual development (Mazzola, Moore & Alexander, 2017).
Students who have a satisfied nutrition are more likely to be smart because food
nutrition also promotes brain development. Students will have a better learning skills,
Physical activities create a positive emotional and social health. Schooling stress

Students will have more opportunities to build their harmonious relationship with
teachers, peers, and parents because students will learn how to cooperate and
communicate with each other. Thus, students will become closer to each other. This is
really helpful for their social development. Students will meet different friends and
development. Positive lifestyle includes many different aspects, such as body nutrition,
emotion, intelligence, social relationship, positive condition, etc. For my plan, I decided
healthy data reports, healthy condition notes, and sharing different life experiences.
Every student is supposed to involve the community and help each other. My plan is
going to make sure students have a more positive emotions and interpersonal
relationship, which are really significant for students’ academic development as well.
Students have more resources to use and more easily to communicate their perspectives
and cooperate with each other, which can help them improve their working efficiency.

Nutrition is a basic need for building a healthy life. We hope here are more students
will stay away from hunger and diseases. The results reported that learning behaviors,
food nutrition, and mental development have a positive relationship, which means when
students obtain healthier food nutrition, they will have a more positive attitude towards
to their work and they will have energy to do different sports to improve their body
health (Mazzola, Moore & Alexander, 2017). We also provide a diet plan for each
students. For example, we decided to arrange what kind of diet match students can have
and we also will label each food calories for students so that they can understand what
is the best diet for them. The most important thing we plan is that we will have regular
eating time for students. So students will make sure they have enough nutrition intake.
The plan is supposed to help students to avoid diseases and strong their body. Body
healthy is the most important thing in our daily life because we could not always act as
a patient.
Mental health promotes healthy status and support physical health. Students in
school have to face a huge academic stresses because they want to become a all-round

talk about their learning pressures or their experiences for each activities in our plan.
They can share different perspectives and choose different topics to join a different

group. In the plan, for students who really need a mental appointment, we hire several
professional psychologists to help them overcome their difficulties and guide them to
become better. Students’ positive and healthy emotions can improve their healthy status
so that they are willing to take part in different activities in school. We hope nearly
almost students are one of the member of school and they will enjoy their school life.

As a leader in the plan, I think our team should have our own goals. Here is some
rules and policies in our team, which is the basic leadership for me. Also, my followers
have their own perspectives and I will show my respect. If the ideas can promote the
whole plan, then we are supposed to accept them. Followers’ values are really important
because this is the way that we can build trust to each other and obtain a harmonious
relationship. Under my leadership, I hope followers have their own voice because they
are really matters to me and I really need them to think about and conform their goals
and then how to make efforts together to achieve these goals. For me, it is important to
find enough knowledge about health for each of my followers and I can collect different
data that the relationship between nutrition and mental and physical health. The way
can help my employee to have a better understanding what they are doing. Also, for my
employees, I will give them a regular questionnaire because I really need their feedback
and what their attitude for my leadership skills so that I can improve myself and build
