1.Cooling coil as the main core parts is divided in two material: T means copper, G means steel (carbon steel or stainless steel),
select the applicable material based on liquid characteristic.
2.Design condition: Wet bulb temp. 28°C, standard temperature difference is 5°C.
3.All cooling coil connection is approximate position, we will change according to actual working condition.

E. When turn on the water pump, shall open exhaust valve from top to bottom , make sure eliminate residual
air .
1) Check discharge valve water flow and pipe vibrations sound ;
2) Check pipeline has no abnormal noises and vibrations and water leakage ;
3) Check pump voltage, current and functioning .
2, Spray water
A. Filling tap water to spray tank, filling volume is almost 80% of the tank. Or connecting pipeline to adjust
water by automatic water replenisher .
B. Water channel need to be washed regularly, so will not affect the spray effect .
C. Water quality is very important , if spray water quality is not good, it will cause scaling in condenser tubes,
or cause that reduce heat transfer efficiency and unit performance .
Spray water should be changed regularly ,water quality should meet the standard as the below table .

2, Operating Notes :
A. Press the "Pump ON" and "Fan On" two starter knob (indicator light up), the host machine start-up. Please
check whether the running is in good condition, if any abnormal phenomenon, stop to check immediately.
B. Observe whether the pump rotates is clockwise, the water flow is running indicated by the arrow direction,
the water pressure is normal, and leakage occurs.
C. Observe whether the fan wind is up ,(if wind direction is down, need adjust wire, just change any of 3 fan
wire to 2 wire in electric control box). If there is any abnormal sound, shake, must be solved immediately,
please contact with the after-sales.
E. After equipment normal running , using ammeter to check the pump motor and fan . If over current, must
shut off it immediately,check failure and solve , then an turn on . Forced to power on may cause motor burn
down.
F. Spray pump system is automatic temperature control system; users only need to turn on the spray switch to
automatic position, spray pump will automatic start and stop with decreasing and increasing temperature.
Automatic temperature parameters are generally set-up well before factory , so the user s can not arbitrarily
change the parameters, otherwise it will lead to temperature control instrumentation error or failure.
G. Thermal overload protection reset: Electrical systems are equipped with the overload relay of fan motor and
pump motor . After protection action , users must press the red reset button on heat overload device , then can
relieve the overload reset .
H. Tank water: Observe liquid level display tube on water tank, if find water level is low, shall promptly fill
water.
3, Stopping notes :
Press the "Pump ON" and "Fan On" two buttons , spray pump buttons no need press , system will stop working .
If cooling system is used for cooling medium frequency heating furnace or melting furnace, when furnace stop
working, cooling system can not stop. After furnace body cooled completely ,cooling system can shut off .
The timer delay is installed in cooling system, shut off time can be adjusted according to working time. Open
timers delay button , shut off the fan , when reaching the set time , water pump will stop running automatically .
On the next start, we only need turn off timer delay and pump will automatically resume operation, which can
protect furnace and save energy.

OFF-POWER-ON
1,Off mode
When all knob turn to OFF mode , cooling tower and circulating pump is at close mode .
2,Manual mode
When main pump turn to ON mode , other knob turn to manual mode , cooling tower and circulating pump will
be manual started.
3,Full-auto mode
When switch turn to AU mode , main pump will start automatically after starting host machine . Cooling tower
will be automatically turned on or off according to inlet and outlet water temperature .
4,On the parameter panel , users can set starting and closing temperature of the cooling tower. For example , the
user required that fan started at 32 degrees, spray pump started at 35 degrees. Firstly , press SET key, display
AL1 value can be adjusted, turn up and down key to adjust the value to 35degree . Secondly , press SET key to
return , press SET key again . The below value is 0 value , change it to 32 degree , then press SET key to return .
The fan will start at 32 degrees , The spray pump will start at 35 degrees . If below 35 degree , spray pump will
shut off , if below 32 degree , the fan will shut off .

Engineer considerations
Location Requirement
Closed circuit cooling towers must have an adequate supply of fresh air to all air inlets. When units are located
adjacent to building walls or enclosures, care must be taken to ensure that the warm, saturated discharge air is
not deflected and drawn back to the air inlets.
Thick on compatibility of liquid
The fluid to be cooled must be compatible with the coil material. If fluids not compatible with coil material can
lead a corrosion and tube damage. Certain fluids may require occasional pressure cleaning or mechanical
cleaning of the inside of coil. In such case, the coil must be designed to provide the proper compability of
liquid.
Piping and Valves
Piping must be sized and installed in accordance with good piping criterion. All piping should be supported by
pipe hangers or other supports, not by the cooling tower. External shut off valves may also be required if the
system design necessitates the isolation of individual tower cells.
Capacity Control
In general season, the performance of most closed circuit cooling tower will vary dues to the change of its
environmental wet bulb temperature. Therefore, when the change of environmental temperature leads to the
difference of liquid temperature, in this case, capacity control will be required.
Fan cycling is the simplist method of capacity control for our closed circuit cooling towers, normally used in
multi fan unit system or multi cell unit system. In some circumstances of low requirement on outlet water
temperature control, fan periodicity operation can meet with temperature control, also, easy handle. Using
two-speed fan can provide substantial energy saving when compared to simple fan cycling.
Warning: Rapid on-off cycling can lead to the fan motor overheat. We suggest that set a control to allow a
maximum of on-off cycles per hour.
