Research Experience Hurricane Sandy Research During the Li-Dar course completed flood mapping analyses using QT modeler using li-dar point cloud to create a surface model. Data from tide gauges in the Atlantic City area were used to analyze high risk flooding areas. Recreation Fishery Survey For this research, worked with the research staff at the Coastal Research Center and collected data on fishing in an area that has been dredged to 60 feet deep previously. The data was used to evaluate the impact of dredging on the estuary ecosystem. Bahamas Hurricane Data Researched the history of major hurricanes that caused damage to the Bahamas.
