Observations

1. Paint on all the walls is old. There are child scribbling marks on the walls in guest
bedroom and master bedroom
2. Microwave oven fuse was repaired and might need repeated maintenance in future.
3. One of the tiles in the dining area (as told by Vageesh) makes sound due to vacuum
underneath. Might create a problem in future
4. The entire apartment needs deep cleaning especially the bathrooms, balcony and
washing area.
5. The mosquito meshes are full of dust were not cleaned by maid. Bathroom, kitchen
and washing area tiles were not cleaned.
