Children (EC) is an inclusive CMS developed a system called Early

NCFE. The
students that
were listed with
passing scores
(60% or above)
still did not
meet my
standard for
proficiency (80%
correct). My
highest
projection was
only 67%
correct on the
exam.
100% of my English Language
Learners were projected to fail
by the district.
