SUMMARY
L I am a Georgia certified teacher of Secondary Education English. I have taught both middle
school and high school. I taught middle school for four years and high school for eight. I am
currently not teaching, as I wanted to stay home with my children and pursue my Master's
degree in school library/media. I am in my last semester of Georgia Southern's graduate
Bethany program in school library/media. I am also a member of the Harris County Board of Education,
Lucas where I have served as the District 5 representative for the past six years. In addition to my jobs
in the field of education, I have done contract work in the areas of writing and social media.
