1. International speakers

Sponsorship value: R35 000 per speaker

There are four speakers available for sponsorship.
Your company exposure would include:

Two company banners on display in the conference venue for

the duration of the conference;
Free registration for two delegates from sponsoring
company;
Company logo displayed on the screen in the conference
venue on both days;
Company name and logo will appear on the printed and
digital programmes;
Full page (A4) ad in the conference programme.

 2. Keynote speaker (VIP)
Sponsorship value: R40 000 per VIP speaker
There are two keynote speakers available for sponsorship. Your
company exposure would include:

Two company banners on display in the conference venue for

the duration of the conference;
Free registration for three delegates from the company;
Company logo displayed on the screen in the conference
venue on both days;
Company name and logo will appear on the printed and
digital programmes;
Company brochures in conference bags;
Full page (A4) ad in the conference programme.

3. Speaker gifts (Sole sponsorship)

Sponsorship value: R20 000 for both days
30 gifts for the two-day conference. Farmer`s Weekly will
supply the gift bags. Your company exposure would include:

4. B2B Holding room and special meetings

Sponsorship value: R9 000 per day
Your company exposure would include:

One company banner on display in the conference venue for

the duration of the conference;
Free registration for two delegates from the company;
Company logo displayed on the screen in the conference
venue on both days;
Company name and logo will appear on the printed
programmes;
Company brochures in conference bags;
Two company banners allowed in the holding room for the
duration of the conference.

 5. Gala dinner (Sole sponsorship)
Sponsorship value: R150 000 (day 1)
This is the main conference sponsor.

Your company exposure would include:

Acknowledgement of the fact that your company is the main

conference sponsor;
A speaker on the conference programme on day 2;
A speaker at the gala dinner;
Five special guests at the gala dinner;
As dinner sponsor, the company’s speaker will invite
conference delegates to the dinner at the closing of the
conference on day 1;
Two company banners on display in the conference venue for
the duration of the conference;
Wall banner allowed in the banqueting room, plus 4 other
banners;
Free registration for four delegates from the company;
Company logo displayed on the screen in the conference
venue on both days;
Company name and logo will appear on the printed and
digital programmes;

 Company brochures on the conference tables inside the
conference venue;
Sponsor entitled to exclusive use of the meeting room as per
pre-arrangement;
DPS (double-page spread) A4 ad in the conference
programme;
Includes a bar tab of R15 000 for all guests attending the
gala dinner.

6. Programme sessions
Sponsorship value: R65 000 per session
There are four sessions available for sponsorship, with naming
rights to each session sponsored.

Your company exposure would include:

Company will be acknowledged as one of the main

conference sponsors, and a speaker from your company
could either chair a session or form part of a panel
discussion (options to be discussed with conference co-
ordinator);
Two company banners on display in the conference venue for
the duration of the conference;

 Wall banner allowed in the foyer for the duration of the
conference;
Free registration for four delegates from the company;
Free registration for four delegates from the company;
Company logo displayed on the screen in the conference
venue on both days;

Company brochures will be allowed on the conference tables
inside the conference venue;
Full page (A4) ad in the conference programme;
Logo to appear on invitational ads in Farmer’s Weekly;
Interview with sponsor representatives to appear in the
Farmer’s Weekly after the event.

7. Lunch
Sponsorship value: R35 000 per lunch
There are two lunches available for sponsorship.
Your company exposure would include:

Two company banners on display in the conference venue for

the duration of the conference;

 Large banner in the conference room for the duration of the
conference;
Banners allowed at the entrance of the restaurant door per
lunch session sponsored;
Personal invitation to lunch by sponsor representative on day
1 and day 2;
Free registration for three delegates from the company;
Company logo displayed on the screen in the conference
venue on both days;
Company name and logo will appear on the printed and
digital programmes;
Company brochures on conference tables inside the
conference venue;
Full page (A4) ad in the conference programme.
Logo to appear on invitational ads in Farmer’s Weekly.

8. Lanyards and plastic pockets

Sponsorship value: R8 000
Your company exposure would include:

One company banner on display in the conference venue for

the duration of the conference;
Free registration for two delegates from the company;

Your company exposure would include:

the duration of the conference;
Free registration for two delegates from the company;
Company logo displayed on the screen in the conference
venue on both days;
Company name and logo will appear on the printed and
digital programmes;
Company brochures in conference bags;
Half page (A4) ad in the conference programme.

 Note to all sponsors

All sponsor banners and marketing material will be delivered

at the Farmer’s Weekly office at Caxton Magazines, 368 Jan
Smuts Avenue, on Monday, 16 July, before 14:00.
Company logos will only appear on Farmer’s Weekly
promotional platforms after the receipt of the signed
contract between parties, and payment has been received.
Additional exposure benefits will apply to all sponsors
contributing to the conference:
The logo of the sponsors will be included in the pre- and
post-coverage on the Farmer’s Weekly website.
Sponsors’ logos will be printed in the issues of Farmer’s
Weekly leading up to the conference.
