Automatic Cutting Line
Full stand to hold the absorber and aluminum rolls, comes with
Semi-Automatic cutting line used for the copper and aluminum
sheet, the used sheets can be up to 1250mm in width and up to
6000mm in length, these cutted sheets are mainly used for the
solar hot water and solar air collectors to absorb the solar
radiation and transfer it to heat the water in tubes (solar hot water)
or to heat the air in the channels. (solar air)

Ultrasonic Welding
Robotic ULTRASONIC welding machine, to weld the copper pipes
on the copper absorber in very efficient way and 100% accuracy.
This is used for manufacturing the copper surface absorbers in
fins and full plate surface which are both used for solar hot water
collectors in case the requirement is copper absorber.

Laser Welding
Automatic LASER welding machine to weld the copper pipes on
the aluminum absorber in very efficient way and 100% accuracy.
This is used for the manufacturing of the aluminum surface
absorbers in fins and full plate, which are both used for solar hot
water collectors in case the requirement is aluminum absorber.

Aluminum Fin
Aluminum Fin and copper pipe welded with LASER technology.
Highly absorptive surface, with blue selective PVD coating and
simultaneously low cost with length up to 6000mm. They are
assembled and measured manually to double check if there is
any discrepancy.
Copper Headers Production
Production of 22mm copper headers applied for the solar hot
water collectors. The headers are well holed 8mm to be welded
with the risers. No. Of risers differ based on the solar collector
model which are ranged from 1.5m2 to 2.9m2 ( 9 models
vertically and other 9 models horizontally).

Recycling
Pure copper flakes ready to be fully recycled for the production of
new material. They are well gathered, assembled in specific
barrels for recycling, and re-used in production if possible, or
phased out for resale for other production processes.
