Dear Sir/Ma’am,

We are pleased to provide you with our commercial and technical proposals for the upgrade, fabrication,
installation and commissioning of the existing wastewater treatment systems in your establishment located at
Brgy. Manggahan, Santusan St. Gen. Trias, Cavite.

The technical proposal describes the treatment system. The upgrade of existing system is integrated with
electrolytic wastewater treatment facility. It is designed to process 27cubic meters per day of wastewater to pass
Government standards.

Please note that:

1. Issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP) or Purchase Order is required prior to the commencement of any
activities/services.
2. Rates are EXCLUSIVE of VAT.
3. Payment term is as follows: Fifty Percent (50%) Down-payment,
Twenty Five Percent (25%) upon delivery of equipment,
Fifteen percent (15%) upon commissioning and
Ten percent (10%) upon project completion

(Project is completed when the effluent analysis conducted by a third party laboratory passes DENR
standards).
4. GREENLEX shall do the following for the design, fabrication and installation of the wastewater treatment
system project.

The following will be the scope of works for the wastewater treatment system:

3a. Conversion of the current treatment system to anaerobic system

3b. Supply and install 3 units of biocanisters.
3c. Supply of anaerobic microbes
3d. Supply and install grit trap
3e. Supply and install oil and grease separator
3f. Supply and install 2 units of prefabricated polyept tanks (6.8 cu.m. each) for aeration process
3g. Excavation for 4 units of prefabricated polyept tanks (6.8 cu.m. each)
3g. Backfilling, Compacting and concreting of the top floor of the underground tanks.
3h. Use of the existing roots blower for aeration process
3i. Supply and install 8 units air diffusers to the (2) units of aeration tanks
3j. Supply of aerobic microbes
3k. Supply and install 2 units of biocanisters.
3l. Supply and install air pump for biocanisters.
3m. Supply and install 2 units of biofilters.
3n. Supply and install air vents for the aeration tanks
3o. Supply and install 2 units of prefabricated polyept tanks (3.4 cu.m. each) for electrolytic process
3p. Installation of transfer system
3q. Supply and install 6 units of electrolytic reactors
3r. Supply and installation of salt solution pumping system
3s. Installation of automation control systems for the treatment process
3t. Installation of electrical and piping systems.
3u. Supply and installation of filtration system
3v. Supply and installation of 1 unit of 1HP centrifugal pump for the filtration process
3w. Supply and installation of disinfection system
3y. Construction of equipment house
3x. Training and commissioning of equipment

5. Project Completion: 30 working days upon receipt of down payment.

6. This quotation is valid until December 3, 2017.

7. Warranty: 12 months
