Basic Contract

This Contract is made on _________________, 20_____, between

SHAVONNE MUHAMMAD, "CEO", of PEACE FIRST INITIATIVE (PHI), INC.,
3411 CARLISLE AVENUE City of BALTIMORE, State of MARYLAND,
and LINDA SHEFFEY, of 1400 MONTELLO AVENUE NE, WASHINGTON, DC,
20002, and Michael-Eric: Hornes, of Secured Futures, LLC, 1629
K STREET NW, WASHINGTON, DC 20006.

For valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows:

1. SHAVONNE MUHAMMAD, CEO and PEACE FIRST INITIATIVE (PHI), INC.
(hereinafter called "Party of the First")herein agree to
allow LINDA SHEFFEY and Michael-Eric: Hornes (hereinafter called
"Parties of the Second") use of the PEACE FIRST INITIATIVE
CORPORATE NAME, ADDRESS and TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER
(non-profit)for the sole purpose of starting the "10 Point
Initiative" that was presented to Harry Thomas for
non-profit activities focused on the Ward 5 neighborhood
of the District of Columbia.
2. In consideration for such use, LINDA SHEFFEY AND Michael-Eric:
Hornes agree to compensate SHAVONNE MUHAMMAD a rate of 5% ($2500)
of the total initial grant monies of $50,000 given. Proceeds
of the grant are to be deposited into the account of PEACE
FIRST INITIATIVE (PHI), INC. at Wachovia Bank.
3. Such aforementioned use by the Party of the Second is to only
be for ninety (90) days following the award of the grant. After
which, no authorized use is herein or hereby granted, assumed
or presumed unless by the signed and signatory agreement of
SHAVONNE MUHAMMAD.
4. Parties of the Second are to keep accurated and detailed reports
and records that outline, pinpoint, index and account for all
grant monies used and for what purposes. Such accounting
is for the sole purpose of indemnifying the Party of the First
from any and all tax liability or otherwise.
5. Parties of the First and Second are to hold weekly updates and
to provide each other full disclosure of all activities where
relevant, including but not limited to all documentation.
6. Parties of the Second are solely responsible for any and all
fees, taxes, charges, and otherwise, associated with the awarded
grant.
7. No modification of this Contract will be effective unless it is
in writing and is signed by both parties. This Contract binds and
benefits both parties and any successors. Time is of the essence
of this contract. This document, including any attachments, is the
entire agreement between the parties. This Contract is governed by
the laws of the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia, as
 applicable.
The parties have signed this Contract on the date specified
at the beginning of this Contract.
