What we are looking from every data category are:
Mean : To find the average of our respondent satisfactory scale about the cafeteria.
Median : To find satisfactory scale that most of our respondent were tend to choose for
the cafeteria.
Mode : To find which satisfactory scale that majority of our respondent have choose.
Variance : To find value that could decide the standard deviation value.
Standard Deviation : To find the spreadness of our respondent satisfactory scale

7) CONCLUSION
Based on the data gathered from our questionnaire state previously, we can conclude that
out of 60 respondents, 50% of them are male and the other 50% are female. Most of them are
from Pusat Pengajian Diploma (CeDS) while the least comes from other faculties.

The cafe is not all bad base on food variety and deliciousness factor actually. The good
thing is most of the respondents state that the food taste and menu variety of the cafe is not so
bad as the average satisfactory scale given by student is the second and third highest category
rank respectively with 2.8 and 2.767 point. Most of student tend to say they not sure and
majority of the also state they not sure with the deliciousness and menu variety as their median
and mode score is 3 (Not Sure). The standard deviation score show all student seems to be
agree with this scale as their standard deviation score the second and fourth highest opinion
spreadness. By hiring few experienced cooker or chef around the cafeteria and allowing only
different type of cuisine service to open their food stall around Edu Hub Pagoh could improve
both of this category satisfactory.

Meanwhile, the cleanliness is the best factor of the cafeteria as the satisfactory score given
by average student is 3.45 which is the highest score of all category. Most of student tend to
say they not sure and majority of the also state they agree that the cafeteria cleanliness are
pretty good as mode and median score highest mark among the other category which is equal
to “Agree” scale value. But, it seems that most of student united to agree that the cleanliness
of cafeteria are high as the opinion spreadness are the lowest one base on their standard
deviation value. This mean that the janitor of cafeteria do their job well enough by achieve high
score in cleanliness above all category rank.
But, it is another story for the offered price satisfactory level as this category rank as fourth
and scale average student satisfactory scale for this category are 2.717 which is second lowest
score. Most of student tend to say they not sure and majority of the also state they not sure with
the price offered satisfactory level as their median and mode score is 3 (Not Sure). Even so,
the student seems does not agree to give this scale to price satisfactory level as its standard
deviation value is the highest one. This mean that lot of the student still do not satisfied with
the price, even it is already low compared to the city area food price, but some of them still do.

The last category is the food sufficiency which is the worst rank of all category as it scored
the lowest rank of all category as the average score for it satisfactory level is the lowest one
with 2.7 point. Most of student tend to say they not sure and majority of the also state they not
sure with the food sufficiency satisfactory level as their median and mode score is 3 (Not Sure).
It also has third lowest standard deviation value which mean most of student pretty agree that
food does not sufficient to afford the Edu Hub Pagoh food demand The main problem of this
is that most of the stall and cafeteria closed earlier than the student peak hour such as lunch
and dinner time
By looking at all of these data, we can conclude that the cafe is still need a lot of
improvement, especially about their food sufficiency as it were lowest of all rank. The
cleanliness are not serious problem anymore as it score highest rank and food deliciousness,
food price and food variety are next thing to be worried later.
