checking out from a shopping cart, entering the payment
information to the gateway, and the payment processor
transacting between clients and merchant accounts. A
client visits the Online Store, browses through product
catalog, and selects
MARCHANT PAYMENT
SETTLEMENT
Walletmix is now depositing the payments of merchants’ thorough account payee cheque in their
specified accounts in weekly basis. We are waiting for enabling of Electronic Fund Transfer (EFTN)
by the banks so that we can transfer the amount to merchants' accounts instantly.

But unfortunately, for the limitations of the platform of the banks, they cannot transfer the amount
directly to our valuable merchants' accounts. So, there is no alternative system right now without
depositing the money to our merchants' accounts in this manual way. Items to the shopping cart,
checks-out, and goes to the order page. Clients after completing the order pages are prompted
with the options to select a particular payment instrument.
After the selection of the payment instrument, the clients are given the secured payment informa-
tion page through WALLETMIX.

After entering of payment information, WALLETMIX takes the payment instruction and sends it to
the respective payment processor over secured API connectivity. At all times, WALLETMIX encrypts
the data and securely sends it through the payment processing network.

The payment instruction is authenticated and then either authorized or declined. Once the trans-
action is processed, funds are transferred from the clients’ account to merchant’s account

The payment result is then sent back through the WALLETMIX payment gateway to the respective
pages of the online store.
Upon successful transaction, the clients receive a confirmation receipt and the online store
displays the fulfillment of the order
