Grinding need to be done for the holes made on structure channels

and need to be coated with silver paint. AT 33kV side Feeder
GI Flat at body earthing top end is been rusted need to be painted

with the silver paint AT 33kV side Feeder
All the 33 kV yard side earth pits need to be identified and

nomenclature pending. AT 33kV side Feeder

9 All the earth pits connecting the GI flats need to be fastened and AT 33kV side Feeder
the spacing should be minimised between the flat and the pit
10 For all CTC tower bolts need to be fastened AT 33kV side Feeder
Some of the Foundation Bolt Nuts missing for CPL strucutres at

All the isolator Handle entry caps were missing ,need to be fixed AT 33kV side Feeder
Glanding of the PT DB had not been fixed properly and the grinding

14 LV Side Sectionalizer BD Boom Bolts were not fastened .
15 CTB Strucutre at TRF LV Side fastening need to be done. TRF LV Side
16 VCB at TRF LV Side gland hole need to be closed.
17 CT Cable from CT at TRF LV Side not been routed and dressed
CT at TRF LV Side
18 properly to JB Box.
Neutral Earth pits of Aux TRF not connected with entire CU strip to
19 the earth pit,instead used the MS flat for connecting at the CU Pit Aux Trf at LV Side
end.
Observed the NE PIT of Aux TRF having missed the bolts connecting
20 Aux Trf at LV Side
the CU flat and was not in contact with the Flat.
Neutral earth pit -2 of Aux Trf is been merged in the ground surface

without having any identification of the pit.
PVC pipe need to be provided at he Cable trench entries at some

areas found missing. AT 33kV side Feeder
