Target Market groups of Monggo Ice Cream plans to focus primarily with the students of
DMMMSU-MLUC. The other target market groups under consideration are the wholesalers and
retailers in the City of San Fernando, La Union. Other consumers and customers may be counted
as well. Particularly those who are in a strict diet or health conscious people. This product aims

sugar, condensed milk and vanilla. Monggo ice cream color is light brown it is because of the
light texture of mogggo. It is solid, yet soft, and preferably stay that way while melting slowly. It

Chemical Properties
Monggo Ice cream composes of five main ingredients which are monggo, egg white,
