Commanders are responsible for bringing this

publication to the attention of al1 personnel
cleared for operation of subject aircraft.
SCOPE
This manual contains the nccessary information
for safe and eficient operation of your aircraft.
These instructions provide you with a genera1
knowledge of the aircraft and its charactcristics and
specific normai and emergency proccdures.
Your expcrience is recognized; thcrefore, basic flight
principles are avoided. Instructions in this manual
are prepared to be undcrstandable by the least ex-
pericnced crew that may be expected to operate the
aircraft .
This manuai provides the bcst possible operating
instructions under most circumstances, but it is not
a substitute for sound judgment. Multiple emcrgen-
cies, advcrse weather, tcrrain, ctc. may rcquirc
modification of the proccdures.
PERMISSIBLE OPERATIONS
The flight manuai takes a "positive approach" and
normally states only what you may do. Unusuai
operations or configurations are prohibited unless
specifically covered herein. Clearance from the using
command shall be obtained before any questionable
operation, which is not specificaiiy pcrmitted in this
manuai, is atternptcd.

erational supplements, and al1 status pages attached
to formai safety and operationai supplements. Clear
up al1 discrepancics before flight.
