CHAPTER -2 JUDICIAL SEPARATION ?


What is judicial separation and what the circumstances when it is held by the court and what is
the distinction between the judicial separation and divorce in the context of above said acts.

CHAPTER-3 DIVORCE?
What is divorce and what the circumstances which lead the court to held the parties are eligible
to be divorced and what had to be proved and in which manner so as to make either parties side
strong enough ground for divorce.

CHAPTER -4 DISTINCTION BETWEEN THE JUDICIAL


SEPARATION AND DIVORCE.
What are the grounds on which it is decided whether the parties are to be given judicial
separation or divorce .and what are the other coexisting laws in IPC and Crpc which deal with
the regulation of the physical and mental agony towards the abusers in the case of divorce and
judicial separation.
