SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, , of legal age, single, Filipino, a resident of and

of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of do hereby appoint, name and
constitute LAW OFFICES, a general professional partnership duly organized and
existing under the law of the Republic of the Philippines with principal office
address at , for and in our name, place and stead, to do and perform the
following acts and things, namely:

To file, initiate and constitute in a court of jurisdiction a civil case for

Declaration of Nullity of Deed of Absolute Sale against and Other
interested persons, and to act, for and in our behalf with powers and authority
to protect and vindicate our rights as well as to defend us in any and all actions
that may be brought or filed in any court, tribunal or quasi-judicial body including
the case pending before RTC Branch of City with case no. or
wherever it may be transferred with full special power and authority:

(a) to cause and authorize the preparation and filing of all pleadings,
motions, memoranda, and such other papers that may be needed in the course
of the trial;

(b) to sign and execute all verifications and certifications of non-forum

shopping and other procedural requirements filed on behalf my behalf for any
and all cases filed for and/or against me;

(c) to appear for and on my behalf in all mediation proceedings and

judicial dispute resolution hearings and to other alternative modes of dispute
resolution;

(d) to represent us in pre-trial conference for the following purposes:

(1) The possibility of an amicable settlement or of a submission to

alternative modes of dispute resolution;

(2) The simplification of the issues;

(3) The necessity or desirability of amendments to the pleadings;

(4) The possibility of obtaining stipulations or admissions of facts and

of documents to avoid unnecessary proof;

(5) The limitation of the number of witnesses;

(6) The advisability of a preliminary reference of issues to a

commissioner;

(7) The propriety of rendering judgment on the pleadings, or summary

judgment, or of dismissing the action should a valid ground therefor be
found to exist;

(8) The advisability or necessity of suspending the proceedings; and

(9) Such other matters as may aid in the prompt disposition of the
action.

 (e) to enter into amicable settlements or compromises;

(f) to enter into stipulations or admissions of facts and of documents;

(g) to appoint and secure the services of legal counsel to represent me in

the abovementioned actions or proceedings.

(h) to cause the execution of judgment.

AND GENERALLY, to do and perform all and every act and thing that may
be requisite, necessary or proper to carry out the above purposes.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and

authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the premises.

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that said attorney-in-fact

shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
