PRE-SITE PREPERATION WORKS

The Engineer is to ensure that we have access to any relevant up to date drawings of the
site and any details of risk areas including other contractors’ work that may impede into our
working area.

METHODOLOGY

Mobilisation and hoarding

The site shall be hoarded by fencing wall of a minimum height of 2.4m where required.
Facilities will be brought on site for the use of workers during the project as required.
Internal setting out would be carried out (of all works) after a site meeting with the
Architect and client. All precautions would be taken and applied as necessary. All required
equipment would be organised on site.

Finishing Works

Finishing works such as painting and pointing are done with our highly skilled in-house
team. All materials which would be used on-site may be checked and verified by the
architect in-charge to ensure that they meet required technical specifications and achieve a
top quality finish.

Clearing of site

Clearing of site shall be done on a daily basis. All resultant material will then be dumped at
authorised landfills or dumping sites by means of trucks and skips.
