I herewith would like to apply for the position of Trainee in Platform Development Department within your
Company. The engagement in studies in the area of mechanical engineering has enabled me to get
acquainted more closely with processes at the theoretical level, whiles during my working career, I have
expanded this knowledge in practical terms. I have many years of experience in management and
managing projects in the fields of transport, recycling and environmental protection, IT, sports and
tourism. I have attended several courses in the field of start up and running of business, marketing,
communication, public appearances, and also I was a lecturer at seminars in these fields. I will invest my
efforts and effort to transfer this acquired knowledge and skills to the workplace of Trainee in Platform
Development Department. I think that I will be a signification asset to your company and a valuable
resource for your future projects. This position perfectly matches my biography and is in line with my
business-related ambitions.

During my working career, six years of running my own company and four years of managing the
management and supervisory board in public utility companies, I had the opportunity to go through all
the stages in the organizational structure from the direct executor, through the team member to the
manager. This experience has enabled me to gain insight into the overall business flow, as well as to
master skills and acquire new knowledge necessary for efficient and effective work of companies such
as: the need for teamwork, the importance of good communication, the importance of employee
motivation, diligence and positive attitude towards work , work in a stressful environment as well as short
deadlines for completing work. I know the principles of PMP, Six SIGMA, SAP, LEAN, FMEA, 8D. In my
work I use software packages: SolidWorks, AutoCAD and Revit, MagiCAD for design, and MS Project
and Navisworks, for project planning, management and control. I also have the knowledge of English
and German.
