GAP Projects Africa Limited is an international multi-disciplinary engineering company with offices in Mauritius and South Africa,
offering specialist design skills and solutions for the passive infrastructure of data center developments and refurbishments. To date,
GAP has worked in +/- 26 countries throughout Africa, primarily serving the various telco’s, banks and IT players.

Bio of Nicholas John Boyle:

Nicholas Boyle has + 30 years of experience as a Professional Engineer. As Managing Director of GAP, Nicholas
has led a multi-disciplinary engineering company, offering specialist design skills and solutions for the physical
infrastructure for data centers, disaster recovery centers and telecom switching centers since 1996.

GAP Projects offers a range of engineering and technical services beginning with the investigation and design of
solutions, through to the turnkey implementation and commissioning all the facilities typically required in data, disaster
recovery and switching centers; including specialized power systems and installations, electric and electronic services,
fire detection and suppression installations, and any ancillary building services.

As the key professional involved in projects, Nicholas has designed turnkey solutions for a variety of clients in 26
African countries. Clients include telecoms firms (MTN, Celtel / Airtel, Mascom, EcoNet, Lintel etc), financial services
providers (including the Reserve Banks of South Africa and Malawi, Bank of Uganda and FMB Malawi) as well as
associated services companies (such as Alstom and Ericsson).

Nicholas has a BSc (Mech Eng) from the University of the Witwatersrand and is registered with the Engineering
Council of South Africa (Reg 950147).
