VOTE 1:

1) A vote on changing the name of the neighbourhood group from OBVNF (Old Bermondsey
Village Neighbourhood Forum) to:

Option A: OBF (Old Bermondsey Forum)

Option B: OBNF (Old Bermondsey Neighbourhood Forum)

Key Points:

-Majority agreed that the word ‘Neighbourhood’ was welcoming, inclusive and would encourage
new members to join.

-Agreed to drop the ‘V’ for village.

-Branding to be consistent.

Vote results:

OBNF is the official neighbourhood groups name.

However the website domain name will remain OBF.

VOTE 2:

To go ahead or refrain from raising a claim to a Judicial Review of the council’s decision to refuse
the neighbourhood’s area extension.

Key Points:

-Last chance to challenge council’s decision.

-Without the area extension the OBNF will not have as much influence over future area planning
decisions.

-No other solutions/ideas/ action plans given to challenge aside from JR.

- Council has until Tuesday 3rd April 2018 to reply to pre-action letter. OBNF have 6 weeks to raise
claim.
