d. Investigative Directive 15/03, Guidelines in the Investigation,
Documentation and Filing of Drug-Related Cases.

2. On April 5, 2018 at around 9:00 o’clock in the morning, the Committee on Case
Evaluation on Dismissed Cases Related to Illegal Drugs, Heinous, and Sensational
Crimes convened and presided by PCINSP AGNES O LAUREN, Chief, CIDMB. Said
activity was participated, PCINSP OLIVER B. PABLEO (Chief, OPB), PCINSP JOVANE R
CABUSAS (Deputy Chief, PCRB), PCINSP GLEN B JANOG
(Administrative/Finance/Logistic Officer), PSINSP ROOSEVELT M CABARTEJA (CIB),
SPO4 Rolando Z Padeño(CIDG-10), Station Commanders of ICPS 1 to 5,Investigators
On-case and Arresting Officers of ICPS 1, 2, 4 & 5. It was also participated by HON.
CELSO M SARSABA, Officer in Charge of City Prosecutor's Office of Iligan.
