JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

We, ERLINDA M. DAQUIAOG and ROMULO CADIRAO, both of

legal age, married, and residing at

_______________________________________, respectively, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say THAT:

1. We are the private complainants in Criminal Cases Nos.

__________________ and __________________, both entitled
People of the Philippines versus Dolly S. Icaro for Illegal
Recruitment which were consolidated and tried jointly by the
Regional Trial Court of Manila, Branch 37;

2. Upon careful contemplation and consideration of the facts

which led to the filing of these cases, we are of the conclusion
that the same arose from mere misapprehension which casted
uncertainty to the participation of accused Dolly Icaro in the
criminal acts complained of;

3. We are desisting from any part in the prosecution of the

aforementioned cases;

4. We are executing this affidavit voluntarily, free from any force,

violence, intimidation or any financial consideration.
