Let me introduce my self. I am Maydia Dila Rahmadini
I am a new college student in faculty of law at Jember University
I am here today to present about introduction of jurisprudence and introduction of
Indonesian law
My topic will be very important for you because, as a new college students in
faculty of law , we get this material on the first semester

The purpose of this presentation is to introduce about what introduction of

jurisprudence and introduction of Indonesian law is.

I have divide my presentation into three main parts

First, I will talk about the definition of introduction of jurisprudence and
introduction of Indonesian Law.
Second, I will talk about the difference of introduction of jurisprudence and
introduction of Indonesian Law
Third, I will talk about the relation of introduction of jurisprudence and
introduction of Indonesian Law

What is introduction of Jurisprudence?

Introduction of Jurisprudence or in Indonesia called Pengantar Ilmu Hukum is a
course that will be the base for the college students who will study about law.
Introduction of Jurisprudence or in Indonesia called Pengantar Ilmu Hukum is a
course that is translated from Dutch language “Inleiding tot de Rechtswetenschap”
that is used in Netherland since 1920 . The term (Pengantar Ilmu Hukum ) is used
in Gajah Mada University for the first time.
The lesson tell about the definition and the terms of Jurisprudence or legal science
in general. The object of introduction of Jurisptudence is unlimited. It will talk
about law that is used around the world. The purpose is to motivate everyone who
want to study about law.

Introduction of Jurisprudence will tell about :

 All about legal science or Jurisprudence
 The position of legal science
 Basic introduction and classify the branch of law
 Explain about the history of law ( method, legal institution)
 Explain about the theoretical foundation in legal science
Lets now turn to Introduction of Indonesian Law.

What Is introduction of Indonesian law ?

Introduction of Indonesian Law is a course that explain all about positive law in
Indonesia. The mean of positive law in Indonesia is a law which is applied in
present especially in Indonesia (ius constitutum). The object of introduction of
Indonesian law is positive law in Indonesia. The function is to introduce about
positive law in Indonesia.

The different of Introduction of Jurisprudence and Introduction of Indonesian Law

The object of introduction of Indonesian law is positive law in Indonesia. The

function is to introduce about positive law in Indonesia .The object of introduction
of Jurisprudence is unlimited. It will talk about law that is used around the world.

The Relation of Introduction of Jurisprudence and Introduction of Indonesian Law

:
 Introduction of Jurisprudence support the people that will study about
positive law
 If you want to study about Introduction of Indonesian law, first, you have to
learn about Introduction of Jurisprudence because it explain about the
theoretical foundation in legal science. Introduction of Indonesian law is the
