2. PITS will acknowledge your application form receiving within 24 to 48 hours through provided email/phone number.
3. Our recruitment department will send you the enrollment number/admit card via Email/SMS or candidate can collect
from PIS website (www.pakinnovatives.com) by inserting CNIC number.
4. Any discrepancy in registration form will be communicated within a week after its submission.
5. Student awaiting result can also apply*, please contact Pakistan Innovative Services (Pvt.) Ltd for more information.
6. Secrecy of your contact information is our core responsibility and would not be shared or disclosed to anyone unless
required by Government or Law Enforcement Agencies.
7. Successful candidate details, who would be awarded scholarships get, publish on our Website, Facebook and in
Newspaper for transparency & accountability reason.
8. Test Answer Key would be uploaded on the same day.
9. PITS will deliver you the result cards within one week after the test date.
10. Scholarship weightage 75% - Test Paper, 20% - Academic Background, 5% - Character Certificate/ underprivileged
11. Scholarship Test Paper Contains 4 Sections. Every section has 25 MCQS
12. In each section, 15 MCQS should be marked correct in order to qualify the Scholarship Test
13. Total Passing Score of Scholarship Test is 70%, Total Questions 100, Duration One Hour.
14. If any students want to scrutinize his/her test paper and he/she feels any discrepancy in test score, he/she immediately
contact PITS within one week after the announcement of result. Rechecking of test paper charges would be applied.
15. Scholarship receiving candidate have to submit all their relevant educational and other documents at the time of
interview.
16. Selection will be decided on Test/Interview, authentic educational documents, undertaking and other relevant
information.
17. PITS have the right to cancel the submission of any candidate, if he is involved in any illegal activity.
18. Scholarship awarded candidate will submit Police NOC.
19. PITS is not responsible for any objection of the disqualification from the recipient country/embassy.
20. Number of Scholarships is subject to the availability of Seats.
21. PITS has full right to cancel scholarship award of nominated students in case of any irregularities, illegalities,
fraudulent activities, discrepancies etc.
22. PITS Management is not responsible for any cash dealing (bribe) with PITS employees.
23. PITS has the authority to cancel any submission and take legal action, if candidate put influence, give bribe, show
power, or use any other illegal way.
24. PITS is not responsible for all those students who are already black listed in any country (Which are on PITS Panel).
25. The maximum scholarship award is for four years of study (depends on the education program).
26. PITS reserves the right to make changes in scholarship eligibility, funding, and other aspects of the Scholarship
program at any time with proper notice.
27. PITS has full authority to make necessary changes in conducting competency test (if required).
28. The Management/Jury/Board has the right to discontinue the awarded scholarship, if the candidate found engaged
in any illegal activity as per the host country laws.
29. The candidate cannot change the course of study after getting the scholarship award.
30. PITS is not responsible, if candidates involves, in illegal, unethical activities while studying abroad on our payroll.
31. PITS will continuously monitor the score of every semester and candidates extra curriculum / social activities etc.
32. Awarded candidates will come back after the completion of their education and serve the purpose in our own country.
33. Upon Completion of Study PITS will recommend for proper Job Placements, more over PIS will help candidates to
become self-entrepreneur.
