Hello Creek View Staff Members, 

Thank you for being pioneers in the field of Staff elearning for FCS!   

The purpose of the new elearning format is to help make important procedural information more 
relevant and easier to digest ,while ensuring staff compliance, leading to a more cohesive and 
productive school year for the staff.  Please follow these steps to access the course. 

1. Login to Employee Express 

https://employeeexpress.fultonschools.org/irj/portal 

2. Click the  LEARNING SOLUTIONS TAB  2 
3. Scroll down on the LEFT side bar until you see ELEMENTARY 
4. Scroll through and select CREEK VIEW ES

TIPS for Taking the Online eStaff Handbook Course 
Each of the 5 Chapters following the Welcome and Introduction, contain a menu that will 
allow you to move either to another chapter or directly to the assessment. 
The Learning Games were created by Helaine and have 3‐5 pre‐assessment‐type 
questions.  They are not counted in your Pass/Fail grade for the course. 
Remember the first video in the Tips from the Principal’s Secretary Section is 
abbreviated. It’s a glitch so don’t worry about it.  Just keep going. 
If you get less than 80% on a quiz, you can check the results and then retake the test 
right away.  This is the best option. 
Results will be sent to admin showing the date/time of login by user with either 
Pass/Fail.   
Please take this course by the deadline, September 7. 
Allow 20‐40 minutes to complete the course.

The Complete CVES Staff Handbook can be found online and downloaded to your laptop by 
going to this link.  
 
It can also be found on the Grade Level server in the HANDBOOK folder.

Many thanks to Tracy for the tedious task of identifying key questions for tests, and for Helaine’s 
efforts to help me target the Learning Objectives and EQ’s for each section. Helaine also reveled 
in creating the mini quizzes.  Have fun with them.  Special recognition to the exhausted sweaty 
people who agreed to be photographed! Haha You look great and add so much to the look and 
feel of an otherwise pretty dry document.  Matt, Cathy, Bill and Helaine you are our movie stars! 
An honorable mention to Crissy and Josette for vetting the test questions and looking for 
corrections!
