exams, and manning the Visual Anthropology Lab.

Bosnia- Herzegovina Traveling Trunk May 2017


Compiled items in a suitcase relative to culturally-based teaching on Bosnia-Herzegovina and the refugee
experience. Group assignment in graduate level public folklore class. Composed lesson plan on
embroidery traditions in Bosnia-Herzegovina for Kentucky State curriculum. Special partnership with
Bowling Green Montessori Elementary School.

Bosnian Foodways Demonstrations October 2017


Organized two public demonstrations on Bosnian coffee customs and pita baking to supplement the
learning goals of undergraduate and graduate level classes at Western Kentucky University. Group
project in graduate level Foodways class. Program Coordinator. Photographer. Audio-Visual equipment
operator. Event sponsored by WKU Folk Studies department, Kentucky Folklife Program, The Confucius
Institute at WKU, and International Year of Bosnia Herzegovina, 2017-2018.
