5.1. Research Methodology


Research is the systematic investigation to establish facts or collect information on a pre-
decided subject. Research is a process of collecting, analyzing and interpreting information to
answer questions.
Research comprises defining and redefining problems, formulating hypothesis or
suggested solutions; collecting, organizing and evaluating data; making deduction and reaching
conclusions; and at last carefully testing the conclusions to determine whether they fit the
formulating hypothesis – Clifford Wood.

RESEARCH PROCESS
It consists of a series of action necessary to carry out research and the desired sequence of
these steps.
· Defining the problem and research objectives
· Develop the research plan
· Collect the information
· Analyze the information
· Present the findings
· Make the decision

RESEARCH DESIGN
A research design is the arrangement of conditions for collection and analysis of data in a
manner that aims to combine relevance to the research purpose with economy in procedure.
Descriptive research is used in the preparation of the project. Some point and facts were not
found earlier hence exploratory research is used. A descriptive research technique is also used as
researcher again worked upon those facts that were earlier found by some other.
Collection of Data

1. PRIMARY DATA:-
a) Mass Interview:- A mass interview was conducted with the crowd at various super markets
and was aim to collect a viewpoint of the crowd about Auto Loan
b) Then a questionnaire was made based on which analysis was done.

2. SECONDARY DATA:- An interpretation and collection from the previously done research
papers and the literatures written about the company of our concern. The major sources of
secondary data are mentioned below.

CONCLUSION

Banking is also now being regarded as a versatile financial planning tool. Research indicates that Indians
have four basic financial needs during their life asset accumulation (such as buying a house or car),
protecting their family, securing their children’s education, and provision for their retirement.

India being a country having a huge population of around one billion people with only 32% of the
banking population in India possessing banking the country has a vast potential, which has been left
untapped till now.

Banking Company Banking advisors are the lifeline and a very huge asset so each company try to recruit
and select a potential force of Banking advisors because this is the advisors who generate maximum
business for the Bank. Banking advisors provide a very strong support to the Bank and do all possible
efforts to generate huge amount of profit to the company and for him.
