Developed presentation materials for Residential Life student staff, as it pertains to Title IX education and understanding of processes. Researched policies and procedures as well as current events in Title IX to better inform student staff. Assessed student staff needs for Title IX training and feelings regarding Residential Life response to better inform university practices. Participated in discussions regarding alcohol use in community to reevaluate best practices and direct conversation with surrounding community alcohol-providing establishments. Evaluated continued education of resident assistants in terms of Title IX, and worked to provide “information boosters” to promote retention. Summer Housing Manager Summer 2017 Utilized web development software to rework the Residential Life webpage to better inform students, and provide media that are more accessible. Overhauled college student conduct processes to create an environment more focused on restorative justice, with a focus on intentional practices for the representation of minoritized populations.
