● Co-supervise two residential buildings with a total of approximately 430 residents and 15 resident
assistants.
● Oversee 16 living learning communities with a diverse set of interests and backgrounds, including
supporting curriculum and partnerships with other campus organizations and academic departments.
● Manage the opening of two new residential communities with gender neutral floors and newly
integrated security systems.
● Supervise front desk operations for 25 desk workers in mail delivery; equipment checkout; and
hiring, training, and evaluation processes.
● Assist in the development of recruitment and interviewing practices for resident assistants, which
resulted in recruitment numbers doubling.
● Participate in a campus wide duty rotation for 1850 residents addressing maintenance, medical, and
other emergency concerns.
● Advise hall council with a budget of $13,000 and directly advise 12 members of executive board to
prepare building-wide programs.
● Involved in departmental leadership committees for student staff selection, and student staff

consistently through semester.
● Developed peer evaluation processes for community councils to provide feedback and
developmental direction for leadership skills.

 Developed presentation materials for Residential Life student staff, as it pertains to Title IX
education and understanding of processes.
 Researched policies and procedures as well as current events in Title IX to better inform student
staff.
 Assessed student staff needs for Title IX training and feelings regarding Residential Life response
to better inform university practices.
 Participated in discussions regarding alcohol use in community to reevaluate best practices and
direct conversation with surrounding community alcohol-providing establishments.
 Evaluated continued education of resident assistants in terms of Title IX, and worked to provide
“information boosters” to promote retention.
