AFFIDAVIT

I, LAURO JAMOLIN ENDENCIO, 48 years of age,

married Filipino and a resident of Purok Saranay, San Pablo,
Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say, that:

1. I am a neighbor of Regie Obero since 2005 and my house

is thirty (30) meters away from his house;

2. On November 22, 2015 at around eleven o’clock (11am)

in the morning, Regie Obero went to my house to have a
drink and we finished drinking around three o’clock
(3pm) in the afternoon;

3. After drinking, Regie Obero still stayed in my house since

he was already “tipsy”, I invited him to drink coffee with
me to which he agreed;

4. After we finished the coffee, he went home;

5. I did not notice any problem with Regie Obero and his
son because his son even brought food or “pulutan” to
us;

6. Since 2005 I did not witness nor hear that Regio Obero
was inflicting pain to his son and he was just being a
father to him;
 7. I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the
foregoing statements.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand this 9th
