would like to consider reflecting the candidate’s nursing experience from Indonesia in
their salary at our institution. We would like to subsidize the expense for the candidate’s
training as much as we can, especially the support for their Japanese training. All our
staff members will provide support in the candidate’s daily life until she/he acquires the
qualification. We will continue providing support after their acquiring the qualification so
that they can continue working with ambition.
