I submit that the Government have accorded Administrate sanction for the
work “Construction of III rd Addl. District Court Building in Kakinada” for Rs.675.00
lakhs vide reference 1st cited. The Chief Engineer (R&B) Bldgs & RSW, Vijayawada
has entrusted the consultant for preparation of DPR’s i.e., Site survey, Soil investigation,
Architectural drawings, floor plans, Design report, design drawings & BOQ’s of above
work to Bhaskar Design Team, Visakhapatnam and the above particulars are submitted
to Higher authorities for obtaining necessary technical sanction vide reference 2nd cited
above.
In continuation to the above, I further submit that during the preparation of
Dismantling of existing Dutch building estimate the present value of demolished wood
has to be included in the estimate. In this connection I request Executive Engineer
(R&B), Kakinada to address District Forest Officer, Kakinada to have a joint inspection
of the above Dutch Building and evaluate the present market value of wood in the Dutch
building.
