 INSTRUCTIONS

1. A person who is a Civil Servant at the time of notification of the SCSH Foundation Act-2005 i.e 22-12-2006 or becomes
Civil Servant on a subsequent date shall be eligible to become m ember of the Sindh Civil Servants Housing Foundation.

2. A Civil Servant shall be eligible only for one membership in the Sindh Civil Servants Housing Foundation.

3. A m em ber of the C ivil Service of Pakistan shall be eligible to becom e m em ber of Sindh Civil Servants Hous ing
Foundation subject to the fulfillm ent of following condition:

a) Th e ap plica nt is Sindh dom icili ed a nd has s erve d in Sin dh Gove rn me nt or a ny a gency under the Sind h
Go vernm e nt for a perio d of m ore th an thre e (3) ye ars .

OR

b) The applic ant is not Sindh d omic ilied but has se rved in th e Sindh Gove rnm e nt or any a gency under the
Sindh G overn me nt for a perio d of m ore th an s ix (6) ye ars .

4. Application form should be filled in E nglish and capital letters.

5. Forms can be obtained from the office of Sindh Civil Servants Hous ing Foundation.

6. The Government Servants retired on and after 22-12-2006 s ha ll submit their fille d in form s through mail directly to
the Sindh Civil Servants Housing Foundation after attes tation from the pension sanctioning authority.

7. Non Gazetted Government Servants shall subm it their filled-in forms through Concerned D.D.O. along-with certificate
of enlistment iss ued by AGPR / AG Sindh, as cas e m ay be for cons ideration.

8. Gazetted Government Servants shall submit their filled-in forms after attes tation from the Head of Office their present
posting along-with certificate of enlistm ent issued by AGPR / A.G. Sindh, as case may be for c onsideration.

9. A Civil servant m ay become mem ber of the foundation on a cceptance of his application.

10. A mem ber shall be liable to pay s uch monthly contribution as may be dete rm ined by the Board from tim e to time.

11. Mem bership c an be term inated on fals e statem ent, resignation, dism is sal from service, com puls ory retirem ent and
voluntary withdraws from m embership or trans fe r of servic es from Sindh Governm ent to other Governm ent and has
faile d to re mit the contribution for six m onths.

12. A m ember can withdraw the contributed amount after termination of membership and will not subsequently be adm itted
. as m ember.
