1. PRICES AND TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
2. The Reservation Fee (RF) is non-refundable. If both parties agree on the purchase during the
reservation period and the first downpayment is paid on due date, the Reservation Fee may be credited
to the Total Contract Price.
For Bank Financing:
3. The monthly amortization is subject to terms and conditions as promulgated by the bank.
Prevailing interest rate upon approval of the bank application shall apply.
4 In case the buyer has been rejected to avail bank financing, the account will automatically be
converted to in-house financing without the need of notice or demand from FLI.
Payments:
5. Please make all check payable to "Filinvest Land, Inc., to the account of (Buyer's Name).
6. Only duly issued FLI official receipts shall be recognized. No broker or agent is authorized to
receive or issue receipts for payments on behalf of FLI.

RESERVATION GUIDELINES
1. All units listed above will be raffled off. Registration of interested buyers is from
10:30 AM to 11:30 AM ONLY on February 18, 2018 during the Property Fair Event.
Please bring the following buyer's requirements: Duly signed Letter of Intent(LOI) form,
filled up Request to Hold form, Signed Purchase Application form, 2 Gov't valid IDs &
reservation fee.

2. Reservations will only be accepted at The Wantilan, Nusa Dua Farm Estate during the
event. Reservation of the remaining units may be done in FLI Head Office & other branch
offices starting the next day from date of re-opening on a first- come first-serve basis.
