PROBLEM STATEMENT
Sheltrex Developers which has an ongoing project at Karjat Station has takeover the project
of Tanaji Malusure (TMC) by 2011.Earlier TMC stated that they would be providing
affordable housing at the least price and would also provide customer a spacious housing but
after they started accepting booking soon the TMC became bankrupt and wasn’t able to fulfil
that they stated and soon after these Sheltrex Developers who were looking to expand and
explore new opportunities took over TMC project and they made statement that they would
build affordable and spacious house and also provide houses to those customers who had
already booked from them when TMC were in existence but TMC project was such a failure
that customer were not ready to buy residential project and the impact of this failure led to
continuously decline in brand value and brand image of company.
OBJECTIVES

INTRODUCTION
The Real Estate sector is the most globally recognised sector. Real Estate contributes to 5%
of India’s GDP and is the second largest employer in the country after agriculture and is
expected to grow at 30 percent over the next decade. It comprises of four sector that are
housing, hospitality, retail and commercial.It involves the purchase, sale and development of
land, residential and non- residential buildings. The main players in the real estate market are
the landlords, developers, builders, real estate agents, tenants, buyers etc.
Strategy refers to a plan or the set of plan intended to achieve something over a long period.
It is the art of planning the best way to gain an advantage or achieve success. Strategy refers
to deciding in present what to do in future and in the best way possible.

INTRODUCTION
Education is generally utilised in three senses which are knowledge, subject and process.
Education is a backbone for individual for their personal growth, knowledge and also helps to
make human being a better in the society. It helps us build opinions and have points of view
on things in life.As of 2017 the literacy rate for India is 74.04% .
Smile Foundation is an NGO in India directly benefitting over 600,000 children and their
families every year, through more than 250 live welfare projects on education, healthcare,
livelihood and women empowerment, in over 950 remote villages and slums across 25 states
of India. Smile Foundation, beginning in the corridors of education, has adopted a lifecycle
approach with intensive programmes focused on family health, livelihood and community
engagement through women empowerment, which addresses the needs of less privileged
children, their families and the larger community.

Indore. The problem of street children is the inevitable consequence of Education for All/
Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. According to authors identifying the role of educational authorities
at the city level is the first step towards the setting up of mechanisms for periodic diagnosis
of the situation. The present „shot in the dark‟ strategies cannot hold much hope for
purposeful change for the future.
