The attention of all the District Collectors in the state of A.P are invited to the
@ above subject matter and requested to furnish the re- appropriation of the amount
from one Head of Account to another Head of Account and also to furnish the
surrender of unspent amount from a particular Head of Account duly obtaining a
surrender certificate is from the concerned DTO, in the following proforma by
30.12.2017 without fail .
