Login into WorkPlan.

DRIVER LOGIN & LOG OUT INSTRUCTIONS

Login- <First Three Letters LastName><EmployeeID> Example: doe12345

Username- strike:<EmployeeID> Example: strike:12345

**If you have a letter at the end of your employee ID, include it in your
username and password. This letter needs to be capitalized.

1.Select your vehicle.

2.Complete the CVIR or DVIR.
3. Complete the vehicle inspection.
4.Drive safely, and think “Strike Zero”!

LOGOUT PROCEDURE

From the Home screen, tap the OFF

button at bottom right corner, then
OK to logout
