The RMT National Black & Ethnic Minority Members' Conference 2018 will be held from March 21-22 at the Pierhead in Cardiff Bay, Wales. This will commemorate the 25th anniversary of the National Black & Ethnic Minority Members' Advisory Committee. Cardiff Bay was chosen as the location due to its historic role as one of Wales' oldest multi-ethnic communities, home to sailors and workers from over 50 countries. The conference will be chaired by Glen Hart and include presentations from Oluwarotimi Ajayi, Jeffrey Blackman, Mohammed Ilyas, and Nathan Wallace, and support from Jessica Webb of the RMT Equal Opportunities Officer.
