ABD Announces Chris Cordes as Executive Vice President

San Mateo, CA, March 21, 2018 --(PR.com)-- ABD Insurance and Financial Services announced today
that Chris Cordes has joined the company as Executive Vice President and Market Leader within the
Employee Benefits practice. Chris brings 30 years of insurance and benefits experience to ABD and will
focus on growing ABD' Midwest presence from Chicago while extending their presence in the large
account market serving customers with 2,500 to 30,000 employees nationally.

ABD is one of the fastest growing Employee Benefits Consultant in the US. With over 700 clients and
greater than $600M in premiums under management, the company helps fast-growth, people-focused
companies create attractive benefit strategies while supporting the bottom line. In his new role, Chris will
work closely with the ABD Team to expand the core business and add his intelligence as new markets are
considered.

Chris joins ABD from HUB International, where he was President and Market Leader for the Midwest
Employee Benefits practice. Prior to HUB, Chris held executive positions at Laurus Strategies, Arthur J.
Gallagher & Co., PacificCare Health Systems, Health Net, and Cigna Healthcare.
