 STATEMENT OF JURISDICTION

It Is Humbly Submitted That The Respondent Has Approached The Han’ble

Supreme Court Of Indiana In Knowing Its Jurisdiction Under Art. 32 Of The
Constitution Of Indiana Is Not Maintainable.
 PRAYER FOR RELIEF

Wherefore in the light of above facts stated, arguments advanced and authorities cited, the
Court may be pleased to cancel the application for the Writ petition and adjudge and declare:

I. That No Writ could be brought against the Union of Indiana And Others.
II. That the Respondent have not violate the fundamental Right of citizens of Indiana.
III. That the Respondent have not Violate the Right to Privacy and Protect the
Information of
social Networking Group.

The Court may also be pleased to pass any other order in the light of justice, equity and good
conscience.
