Good afternoon all. Staff worked overtime today and made significant progress.

We have now completed 1,181 reviews of the 1,924 cases to be reviewed. The 1,168 reviews have
resulted in 372 ICE notifications.

Good afternoon all.

The final count of cases requiring a review is 1,924. (Our preliminary estimate was 1,800 cases would
need to be reviewed.) The cases being reviewed include those in our case management system showing
status as other than a US citizen, and those for whom the status field was blank.

As of noon today we have completed the review of 651 of the 1,924 cases requiring a review. The 651
reviews resulted in 198 notifications to ICE. We are faxing the ICE notifications each day as reviews are
completed.
