PRIVACY POLICY & TERMS OF USE

A mobility credit system is an important component of the market

economy and of social governance infrastructures. It is founded
on laws, regulations, standards, and charters, and it is based on
a complete network monitoring the credit records of members
of society. Its inherent requirements are meant to establish strict
criteria of productivity and responsibility necessary for continuous
socio-economic development. Mobility credit uses encouragement
to maintain the aforementioned criteria and constraints against the
breaching of norms as incentive mechanisms. Our objective is to foster
effective and reliable behaviors within society at large.

Our policy and terms of use explain:

— What information we collect and why we collect it.
— How we implement the data within the mobility credit system.
— Instructions on the correct use of our hardware and software.
Information we collect

We collect information to provide better services connected to mobility

credit maintenance and enforcement. The algorithms we employ in
data processing and analysis are based on thorough norms to provide
precise measurements of socio-economic behavior and participation.

We collect information in the following ways:

— Information you give us. As part of activating your mobility credit

account, you are required to provide personal information
(such as name, age, gender, occupation, home and work address,
and a photograph suitable for identity documentation), which
will serve as official data pertaining to your legal citizenship and
your interactions with the mobility credit system.

— Information we get from your use of our services. We collect

information about the services that you use and how you use them.
This includes:

Device information. We collect device specific information such

as your hardware model, operating system version, unique
device identifiers, and mobile network information including
phone number.

Log information. When you use our services, we automatically

collect and store certain information in server logs. This includes:
details of how you used our services (such as the accuracy of your
routes); telecommunications log information (such as incoming
and outgoing calls and messages, along with the duration, time
and date of your calls); internet protocol address; device event
information (such as system activity and charge verifications);
cookies that uniquely identify your location to your mobility credit
account.

Location information. When you use our services, we will collect

and process information about your actual location. We use various
technologies to determine location, including IP address, GPS, and
other sensors.

Local storage. We collect and store information (including personal

information) locally on your device using mechanisms specific to
application data caches.

Cookies and similar technologies. We and our partners use various

technologies to collect and store information of your use of our
service, and this includes cookies or similar technologies to ensure
the tracking of your online mobility. We use these technologies to
collect and store information when you interact with services we
offer to our partners, such as advertising services and features that
appear on other sites and applications. This secures a seamless use
and interaction with our service across multiple verified platforms.

Information we collect when you are using our service, in addition to

information we obtain about you from partners, will be associated with
your mobility credit account. When information is associated with your
account, we treat it as personal information, which is legally liable and
susceptible to official regulations and forms of penalty.
How we use information we collect

We use the information we collect from all our services and devices to
provide, maintain, protect and improve them and our users. We also
use this information to ofer you tailored content, such as precisely
calculated routes and details about accessibility or restrictions. We will
use the name you provide for your mobility credit account across all of
the services we and our partners offer. Our automated systems analyze
your data content to provide you with personally relevant features, such
as updated daily itineraries and personalized routes.

Following from the activation of your account, you are required to

provide the necessary information for the infrastructure of your daily
itinerary. This information is based of criteria of productivity (workplace
information, such as address, occupation, employer identifiers, amount
of work hours and updated schedules), official responsibilities (such as
bureaucratic and health maintenance requirements) and the eventual
leisure privileges you might be able to enjoy based on the reward
and penalty system. Leisure privileges will only be granted when the
requirements for productivity and official responsibility have been
met. Failure to travel to prioritized locations and carry out mandatory
civil duties (as indicated by individual productivity and responsibility
conditions) will be penalized accordingly (either by an—exponential—
decrease in metric credits or by inert incarceration).

The necessary information for the functioning of our mobility credit

system requires permanent synchronization with our servers to
ensure thorough revision and communication with other platforms and
entities. In order to secure efficient functioning, the hardware which
carries out our services must be charged and operating correctly at
all times. Any unforeseen flaws in the performance of your adjacent
devices must be reported in due time of the respective occurrence.
Loss or theft of the devices must also be reported immediately and
penalties may apply. Any attempt at hindering the correct functioning
of your devices (such as voluntary damage brought to the hardware or
failure to physically carry the devices in the appropriate manners) will
result in further penal measures and potential inert incarceration.

Inert incarceration is a newly implemented feature of the mobility

credit system, which functions as a substitute for traditional capital
punishment. It is a measure which can be applied in cases of repeated
civil disobedience and deviant behavior. If you are not familiar with
current constitutional norms, please refer to them here. In order to
avoid this measure, our algorithmic data processing and analysis
system is trained to issue real-time warnings whenever disruptions
occur within social order. Therefore you may not attempt to enhance
your mobility once your metric credits have been exhausted. If the
persistent pursuit of illegal mobility enhancement is recorded by
our sensors, it is our responsibility to induce inert incarceration as a
terminal means of maintaining social orders. If or when such an event
should occur, you will be informed on your rights and will await further
processing by maintenance authorities.
Instructions

Your account is linked to the devices which you must carry with you at
all times: your smartphone and your smartcollar. Once your account
has been activated, please proceed by logging in to the mobile
application and verifying if personal details and itineraries are synced.
Next secure your smart collar around the neck and make sure that the
chargeable pod is inserted correctly, so that the underside is directly in
contact with the skin. Please refer to the illustration below for precise
directions for correct use of your devices.
