Challenges and Opportunities to Develop Organization up to International


Level
International organization consists of build an effective strategy, structure a good organization
design and managing people in a multi-cultural environment. From these activities, organization
prioritize the accessibility of financial services by overcoming cultural difference and techno-
political environment.
1. Opportunities
Some of these challenges are detailed as below; -
I. Language
Language have an important role in organization to develop up to international level. language
difference effects the way of communication between customer and employees. Many companies
try to understand the language difference and eliminate as it as possible. Small businesses may
also face the same language problems in local communities where the major of the population is,
for example China
II. Culture
Culture differences in specific regions play vital role in growth of product/business. Holidays
along with sale of those products that are subject to citizens’ belief vary a lot. Consumer
preferences make it challenging to develop business growth. Therefore, global awareness is
always necessary to develop an organization internationally.
III. Technical Development
Facility to develop a product without technical knowledge at international level is always
difficult for running businesses. For example, it is not easy to monitor spread of certain diseases
without specific testing labs in regions. Without fully controlled testing laboratories spread of
viruses cannot be controlled.
2. Opportunities
Business growth at different regions depends on different factors such as;
I. If a business plan gets destabilized due to market fluctuations, product sales can’t be
stopped by making strategic alliance with overseas working organizations.
II. A global market place helps a competitor to understand the policies, corporate
technology, style and working environment that ultimately leads to establish a
business at international level.
