Arrivals at Sheremetyevo

We do our best for you to transfer to your next flight on time.

All the terminals located in the southern sector of Sheremetyevo Airport are linked by a pedestrian gallery.

The pedestrian galleries available between terminals provide the most comfortable conditions for travellers in transit; a minimal amount of time is needed to travel from one terminal to another.

In order to make the transfer to your connecting flight more comfortable, please read the following information about Sheremetyevo Airport terminals

Terminal D
1. Arrivals on international flights at Sheremetyevo-D Terminal, departures on international flights from Sheremetyevo-D Terminal. Minimum connection time - 50 minutes.

From the boarding bridge you need to go up to the Arrivals Gallery, follow the signs to the transfer desks and check in for your connecting flight (if you did not receive a boarding pass for your
connecting flight at the departure point). Then go through passport and security control, take the elevator or go down the stairs to the third floor and proceed towards your boarding gate.

If you are transferred from the aircraft to the Terminal by apron bus, you need to take the escalator up to the transfer desks and then follow the steps described above.

2. Arrivals on international flights at Sheremetyevo-D Terminal, departures on domestic flights from Sheremetyevo-D Terminal. Minimum connection time - 1h. 10 min.

From the boarding bridge you need to go up to the Arrivals Hall, go through passport control. If your baggage was checked to Moscow only, you need to collect it (see Baggage Carriage Rules for
Transfer Passengers). Then follow the “domestic flights transfer” signs to the Arrivals Transfer Area (entrance is located near baggage carousel No. 5). After going through customs control, you
need to check in for your connecting flight and check your baggage (if you collected your baggage) at the check-in desks. Then go up to the Departures Hall on the third floor, go through
security control (entrance is located between check-in desks No.15 and 16) and proceed towards your boarding gate.

If you are transferred from the aircraft to the Terminal by apron bus, you need to take the escalator up to the transfer desks and then follow the steps described above.

3. Arrivals on domestic flights at Sheremetyevo-D Terminal, departures on international flights from Sheremetyevo-D Terminal. Minimum connection time - 1h.

From the boarding bridge you need to follow the signs to the Arrivals Hall and the Baggage Claim Area. If your baggage was checked to Moscow only, you need to collect it. After going through
customs control (entrance is located opposite baggage carousel No. 4), please contact personnel at the international flights transfer desks in order to check in and check your baggage for the
connecting flight.

After checking in and checking your baggage, you need to follow the “departures, international airlines” sign. Take the elevator up to the third floor, go through passport and security control and
proceed towards your boarding gate.

4. Arrivals on domestic flights at Sheremetyevo-D Terminal, departures on domestic flights from Sheremetyevo-D Terminal. Minimum connection time - 50 min.

From the boarding bridge you need to go up to the Arrivals Gallery, follow the signs to the transfer desks and check in for your connecting flight (if you did not receive a boarding pass for your
connecting flight at the departure point). Then go through security control, take the elevator down to the third floor and proceed towards your boarding gate.

If you are transferred from the aircraft to the Terminal by apron bus, you need to proceed to the transfer desks on the same floor and then go to the third floor, as described above.

5. Arrivals on international flights at Sheremetyevo-D Terminal, departures on international flights from Sheremetyevo-F Terminal. Minimum connection time - 1h. 10 min.

From the boarding bridge you need to go up to the Arrivals Gallery, follow the signs to the transfer desks and check in for your connecting flight (if you did not receive a boarding pass for your
connecting flight at the departure point). Then go through passport and security control.

To get to your departure gate in Terminal F, use the connecting gallery between Terminals D, E, F (entrance is opposite exit No.32 in Terminal D). It should not take you more than 10-15
minutes at a leisurely pace.

If you are transferred from the aircraft to the Terminal by apron bus, you need to take the escalator up to the transfer and then follow the steps described above.

6. Arrivals on domestic flights at Sheremetyevo-D Terminal, departures on international flights from Sheremetyevo-F Terminal. Minimum connection time - 1h. 20 min.

From the boarding bridge you need to go to the Arrivals Hall. If your baggage was checked to Moscow only, you need to collect it (see Baggage Carriage Rules for Transfer Passengers). After
going through customs control (entrance is opposite baggage carousel No. 4), please contact personnel at the international flights transfer desks in order to check in and check your baggage for
the connecting flight. Then take the elevator to the Departures Hall on the third floor, and in its’ right wing you will see the pedestrian walkway connecting Terminal D to Terminals E and F. It
should not take you more than 10-15 minutes at a leisurely pace.

If you are transferred from the aircraft to the Terminal by apron bus, you need to go down to the Baggage Claims Area in the Arrivals Hall and then follow the steps described above.

Terminal F
1. Arrivals on international flights at Sheremetyevo-F Terminal, departures on international flights from Sheremetyevo-F Terminal. Minimum connection time - 50 min.

From the boarding bridge you need to follow the signs in the Arrivals Gallery to the transfer desks (situated on the same floor) and check in for your connecting flight (if you did not receive a
boarding pass for your connecting flight at the departure point).

Then go through passport and security control and proceed towards your boarding gate.

If you are transferred from the aircraft to the Terminal by apron bus, you need to go up one floor and proceed to the transfer passenger service area, contact a transit group officer, and follow
his/her instructions.

2. Arrivals on international flights at Sheremetyevo-F Terminal, departures on international flights from Sheremetyevo-D Terminal. Minimum connection time - 1h. 10 min.

From the boarding bridge you need to go through the Arrivals Gallery, follow the “international airlines” signs to the transfer desks and check in for your connecting flight (if you did not receive a
boarding pass for your connecting flight at the departure point).

Then go through passport and security control. To get to your departure gate in Terminal D, use the pedestrian connecting gallery and follow the signs for Terminal D. It should not take you
more than 10-15 minutes at a leisurely pace.

If you are transferred from the aircraft to the Terminal by apron bus, you need to go up one floor and proceed to the transfer passenger service area, and then follow the steps described above.

3. Arrivals on international flights at Sheremetyevo-F Terminal, departures on domestic flights from Sheremetyevo-D Terminal. Minimum connection time - 1h. 20 min.

From the boarding bridge you need to walk to the Arrivals Hall, go down the stairs and proceed to passport control. If your baggage was checked to Moscow only, you need to collect it (see
Baggage Carriage Rules for Transfer Passengers). After collecting your baggage, take the escalator or elevator up to the Departures Hall on the second floor, and in its’ left wing you will see the
pedestrian walkway connecting Terminal F with Terminals E and D. It should not take you more than 10-15 minutes at a leisurely pace.

You must check in for your connecting flight at one of the domestic airlines check-in desks (if you did not receive a boarding pass for your connecting flight at the departure point). To re-check
your baggage (if you have a boarding pass or you self-checked in), please use the baggage drop-off desks. Then you are required to go through security control and proceed to your departure
gate.

If you are transferred from the aircraft to the Terminal by apron bus, you are required to go through passport control and then follow the steps described above.

Important: if you continue your journey via another airline, please check with your airline carrier, when check-in for your connecting flight commences.

Terminal E
1. Arrivals on international flights at Sheremetyevo-E Terminal, departures on international flights from Sheremetyevo-E Terminal. Minimum connection time - 50 min.

From the boarding bridge you need to go up one floor, follow the “international airlines” signs to the transfer desks and check in for your connecting flight (if you did not receive a boarding pass
for your connecting flight at the departure point).

Then go through passport and security control and proceed to your boarding gate.

If you are transferred from the aircraft to the Terminal by apron bus, you need to go up two floors, and then follow the steps described above.

2. Arrivals on international flights at Sheremetyevo-E Terminal, departures on international flights from Sheremetyevo-F Terminal. Minimum connection time - 1 hr. 10 min.

From the boarding bridge you need to go up one floor, follow the signs to the transfer desks and check in for your connecting flight (if you did not receive a boarding pass for your connecting
flight at the departure point). Then go through passport and security control.

To get to your departure gate in Terminal F, go to exit No.41 in Terminal E, take the elevator or escalator down and proceed to your boarding gate.

If you are transferred from the aircraft to the Terminal by apron bus, you need to go up two floors, and then follow the steps described above.

3. Arrivals on international flights at Sheremetyevo-E Terminal, departures on international flights from Sheremetyevo-D Terminal. Minimum connection time - 1 hr. 10 min.

From the boarding bridge you need to go up one floor, follow the signs to the transfer desks and check in for your connecting flight (if you did not receive a boarding pass for your connecting
flight at the departure point). Then go through passport and security control.

To get to your departure gate in Terminal D, use the connecting gallery between terminals, go to exit No.33 in Terminal E, take the elevator or escalator down and proceed to your boarding
gate.

If you are transferred from the aircraft to the Terminal by apron bus, you need to go up two floors, and then follow the steps described above.

4. Arrivals on international flights at Sheremetyevo-E Terminal, departures on domestic flights from Sheremetyevo-D Terminal. Minimum connection time - 1 hr. 20 min.

From the boarding bridge you need to go down one floor and proceed to passport control. If your baggage was checked to Moscow only, you need to collect it (see Baggage Carriage Rules for
Transfer Passengers). After collecting your baggage, take the escalator or elevator up to the Departures Hall and follow the pedestrian walkway to Terminal D. You must check in for your
connecting flight at one of the domestic airlines check-in desks (if you did not receive a boarding pass for your connecting flight at the departure point). To drop your baggage off (if you have a
boarding pass or you used an alternative check-in procedure), please proceed to the baggage drop-off desk. Then you are required to go through security control and proceed to your departure
gate.

If you are transferred from the aircraft to the Terminal by apron bus, you are required to go through control and then follow the steps described above.

Baggage Carriage Rules for Transit Passengers

When departing from the Russian Federation points to destinations in the Former Soviet Union countries (FSU countries) and non-FSU countries, you may check in for your Aeroflot flight and
check your baggage through to the final destination at once, provided you are not transporting goods in your baggage subject to declaration issued in written form. For more detailed
information on the list of goods subject to mandatory declaration issued in written form and approved by Article 8 of the Agreement dated July 18, 2010 “On the procedure for transporting goods
by individuals for personal use through the customs border of the Customs Union and performing customs operations connected with their release”, please visit the following sites:

Thus, when you buy tickets using a single form and travel abroad through Sheremetyevo Airport, you do not need to undergo an additional check-in procedure for your connecting flight, you also
do not need to reclaim your baggage and hand it over for re-registration. Baggage is accepted for carriage, undergoes customs clearance and is delivered to the aircraft without the participation of
the passenger, provided that it does not contain goods that are subject to a written customs declaration.

In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 637 dated 10 July 2014 "On the simplified procedure for performing customs operations in respect of goods
accepted by airline carriers for accompanied baggage carriage,” in case of departures by Aeroflot PJSC – Russian Airlines from any of the following locations in the FSU countries and non-FSU
countries, it is possible to check your baggage through to your final destination in the Russian Federation (provided your baggage does not contain goods that are subject to a written
customs declaration):

Europe: Alicante, Amsterdam, Athens, Barcelona, Belgrade, Berlin, Budapest, Bucharest, Bologna, Brussels, Valencia, Warsaw, Vienna, Venice, Vilnius, Hamburg, Hanover, Dresden, Dusseldorf,
Geneva, Zagreb, Heraklion, Copenhagen, Larnaca, London, Lyon, Lisbon, Madrid, Malaga, Milan, Munich, Nice, Oslo, Paris, Prague, Riga, Rome, Sofia, Stockholm, Thessaloniki, Tallinn, Tivat, Tenerife,
Frankfurt, Helsinki, Zurich, Stuttgart.

Asia/Middle East: Tokyo, Antalya, Tel Aviv.

USA: Washington DC, Los Angeles, Miami, New York.

FSU Countries: Astana, Almaty, Aktau, Atyrau, Aktobe, Bishkek, Yerevan, Karaganda, Kostanay, Minsk, Shymkent [1].

In all other cases you should reclaim your baggage at Sheremetyevo Airport and go through customs control (regardless of whether your baggage is checked through to your final destination or
only to Moscow). Then you need to register your baggage at the check-in desk.

Please ask for updated information on baggage checked through to the final destination at the airport of departure. If your baggage has been checked through to your final destination, do not
forget to show your baggage tags when checking in for your connecting flight.

Important! The airline does not arrange the transportation of passengers and baggage between the airports of the Moscow aviation hub.
