project of 29 TIPU SULTAN ROAD Spring Field Holdings.

Please note that since the beginning of January 2015; various heavy equipment including heavy elevator
have been placed in the ground floor inside my shop space (located on the north east side) by the
construction worker your company. Initially I was being told verbally that soon all the equipment will be
removed from my shop and I will be able to start doing my necessary interior designing inside my shop
premises; but after having physical visits on the midweek of September 2015; I’m extremely upset of
seeing that all equipment are still consuming all of my spaces in very much haphazard way; and I am not
being able to start my interior designing work at all.

I would like to have serious attention from the project management team on this behalf; and would like
to take immediate support from them so that all the equipment (including heavy elevator) will get
removed from my space and help me start my work at an early basis.

I would also like to address that as because SPRINGFIELD development has been unable to handed over
the WARI LEGUNA project on the deadline; and at the same time; the company has stopped to provide
any sorts of RENTAL COMPENSATION to the landlord MRS. RASHIDA; we would like to claim all the
unpaid dues which we’re not being received for the last couple of months. Please do the settlement at
an early basis.
