2018, did knowingly transport H.T.,
who had not attained the age of 18

the intent that H.T. engage in sexual
activity for which a person can be
charged with a criminal offense; In
violation of Title 18, United States
Code, Section 2423(a).

AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ABUSE
− on or about February 13, 2018,
and continuing thereafter up to and
including February 14, 2018, crossed
a State line with the intent to engage
in a sexual act with a person,
identified as H.T. who had not
attained the age of 12 years, and did
engage in such an act; In violation of
Title 18, United States Code, Section
2241 (c).
