After assigning yourself a score for each item on the inventory, select any three that you feel
knowledgeable about and confident in possessing. You may choose greatest strengths or areas of
improvement, and this will not be used against you in any way.

You will explain why you think each of the three fits you and why you scored yourself as you did.
Here, you must provide examples from your experience that demonstrate your indicated level of
skill, knowledge, or inclination. Further, you must specify how you might go about improving
your skills, knowledge, or disposition. What are your developmental goals and how might you
pursue them? This will help us assign you to committees and design learning experiences for you
wherein and through which you will perform best and further develop as a professional.

Here is space for you to note your thoughts and prepare to speak. Remember, behavioural
examples and development goals and strategies are required.

1.Organisation and management skills: Since childhood ,I have always been self-focused and
self-driven to complete any kind of task. In my organization ,I had to manage a team of 10
subordinates where I used to monitor the daily routine activities, ensure that operation is running
smoothly and see if nobody is facing any problems. I have even tried to motivate one of them and
achieved fruitful results.I have also organized cultural fest of my college where I was part of
external publicity and catering services.Hence I rated myself high on this skill.

2.Social Skills:I try to maintain a perfect blend of patience and conversation among the group for
the better performance of the same.I can communicate well and never dominate on others ,rather
try to think and understand from other’s point of view as well.I have also volunteered in teaching
group of 10 small children in vocational camps organised by my company in partnership with a
NGO .Therefore, I have rated myself high on this.

3.Teamwork: I rated myself high on teamwork as I have been the active supporter of cohesive and
cooperative style of working whether I was in college or in workplace. It helps in completing the
task efficiently and accurately since everybody is familiar of each other’s strength and weakness
and can work upon it in collaboration. As mentioned above, I have headed a group of 10 members
in the last organization and we used to work as a team where every task was solved accurately
because of this strong bonding and belief in teamwork.
