Universal Design for Learning (UDL): We will provide the devices needed to access Kahoot so everyone will
be able to use technology and take the quiz. There is no writing involved so even disabled students will be
able to take the quiz with the class.

Describe the instructional activities that will occur PRIOR to the SRT activity and how you will introduce
the SRT activity.
Before the SRT, we will have a unit on underhand throwing. They will be taught the learning cues “Tick-
Step-Tock” and other things involved with throwing. One the final day of the unit. We will start class with
the Kahoot.

☐ Short open-ended response or fill-in the blank ☐ Longer open-ended response

If you are unable to provide a working sample of your questions, please list them below (8-10):

Right/Wrong answers: Will there be right/wrong answers to these questions?

☒ Yes ☐ No
☐ Mixed (Some will have correct answers, other will not.)
Immediate corrective feedback: Will you pre-select correct answers to some of all of the questions and
display correct response to the class after the SRT activity?
☒ Yes
☐ No
Why or why not?
O the students get immediate feedback and we can discuss the results.
Describe what will happen AFTER the SRT activity?
We will discuss the questions and go over the answers and why they are right.

How will the data be used? We will collect the data and see which questions we missed the most. If a
question is missed by a bunch of students, we will know where we need to reinforce the skill.

Describe your personal learning goal for this activity. I want to make sure that the students have both an
academic and physical knowledge of the skills. I want to make sure I taught everything effectively and that the
students are ready to advance.

Reflective Practice: The students and the teacher would both get instant results so they would know what
needs to be worked on.
