Review of the Financial Sector Operational Plan
• Affirms that the FSOP remains valid and relevant, makes recommendations up to 2020,
and provides a platform to launch the FSOP beyond 2020 to ensure its relevance with
ADB’s road to 2030
Securitization in India
• Overview of infrastructure financing in India and suggests mechanism for securitizing the
infrastructure assets of public sector banks
Catalyzing Green Finance
• A key message in the ADB conceptualized Green Finance Catalyzing Facility is that the
financial system needs to be reoriented away from an economy based on traditional fossil
fuels to one in support of a green economy.
Accelerating Financial Inclusion in Southeast Asia with Digital Finance
• Developmental impact and regulatory issues pertaining to digital finance. Produced in
partnership with Oliver Wyman
ASEAN+3 Good Practices in Developing Bond Market
• Discussion of key building blocks of bond markets, particularly government bond
markets, sequencing of policy actions and successful efforts of selected countries
in developing them, which has been adopted as a good practice reference by
G20.
