HOMOGENIZER with BEVERAGE HOLDING TANK & TRANSFER PUMP

High Pressure Homogenizer

The homogenizer is used to micronice the particles of the treated product, thus ameliorating
its mixing and stability; in other words, it makes the products "homogeneous". It is used in
all the fields where perfect emulsions, a high degree of suspension and dispersion and
microniced particles perfectly stable and uniform are needed.

The Diluted Pulp, Treated Water, Concentrate, Sugar syrup and additives blended in the
Beverage Blending Tank however blended uniformly do not mix up evenly and may cause
flavor discharge and lumps during filling, specially in case of fruit pulp. To avoid uneven
mixing of product the beverage is homogenized to get a uniform mixing of all elements in the
juice to micron levels which enhances the polar structure of the juice and gives uniform taste
& color in every sip of the product.

PASTEURIZER for RTS Line

Fully Automatic Sparatron pasteurization system with steam injection mixer

A pasteurizer is a device which pasteurizes, treating a food or beverage product to kill


disease-causing organisms such as bacteria. Pulp is one of the most widely pasteurized
foods. Pasteurization is used to make the beverage safer, so that it can be sold
commercially without concerns that the consumer will get affected in any way when they
consume it.

One of the most common styles in which the Pasteurizer work is the high temperature,
short time (HTST) or flash pasteurizer, which brings food to a very high temperature for
a brief period to kill bacteria before rapidly cooling it. Related is the higher heat, shorter
time (HHST) pasteurization method. Pasteurizers are normally used for extended shelf
life, which can render foods and beverage so stable that they can be stored at room
temperature in aseptic containers or in normal PET containers in Cold temperature for
several months

This Pasteurized beverage is sent to the Hot fill Type Filling Machine for filling.

AUTOMATIC HOT FILL TYPE FILLING MACHINE 40 BPM @ 200 ml FOR RTS (JUICE)

The machine is suitable for 500, 1000, & 2000 cc PET Bottles, with a production capacity of 40 bottles
per minute for 200 ml. Bottle loading and unloading are manual while rinsing, filling and capping
operations are carried out automatically. The beverage cannot be filled in normal fillers as the temp of
the beverage during filling is very high, thereby special hot fill fillers are used in filling RTS to ensure
non bacterial impregnation of the beverage in PET bottles along with preventing added microbiological
count volume in the container.

The CIP Line Extensively built to maintain sanitation and fulfill all hygienic conditions and critical control
points in the assemblies. The CIP Line helps in maintaining trouble free cleaning procedure in the Lines
and must be used during change of product and also during start and stop of the entire processing line
especially the concentrate line assembly. The CIP systems includes of Sanitizing tanks with supply and
return pumps ensuring proper cleaning of the equipments in place. Simplex filters used ensure proper

GENERAL COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS & SCOPE OF WORK

1. SCOPE OF SUPPLY:
Our scope of work is limited to the items mentioned in our offer. Anything not specifically mentioned on
our quotation to be considered outside scope of our supply.

2. PRICE
Prices quoted are for Design Engineering, Manufacture , Installation and Commissioning, Training etc.
Prices are firm but subject to statutory variations. Unless otherwise stated our offer is Ex-our works and
are Exclusive of packing, forwarding, loading, incidental charges, insurance, freight etc and are extra on
clients account.

3. DELIVERY PERIOD:
a. Within 10 to 12 weeks from date of technically and commercially clear order along with advance as
indicated in the payment terms.
b. A further period of 2 weeks may be required for transportation to the site, erection and
commissioning. The final commissioning of the plant depends on the inlet water connection to our
system provided by you.
c. Delivery period is effective form the date of realization of Advance Cheque / Demand draft.
d. Delivery period quoted is subject to Force Meajure conditions.

4. TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Our payment terms are as follows:
1. 20% as advance along with the Purchase order
2. 40% Second advance intermediate
3. Balance 40% against PROFORMA INVOICE, prior to dispatch (On pro-rata basis)

5. TAXES AND DUTIES


Unless & Other wise mentioned our offer does not include any Sales tax or duty or any other
Government levies and these will be extra to buyers account as applicable on the date of delivery.

6. VALIDITY:
Our offer is valid for 60 days from the date of submission after which is subject to our confirmation.

7. FORCE MEAJURE CLAUSE:


If at any time the execution of this order is affected by war, hostilities invasion, Act of Foreign enemies
Civil War, rebellion, revolution insurrection, riots and civil commotion acts of state and acts of god, such
as earthquakes, floods and other acts of nature which could not have been reasonably foreseen or
reasonably made provision for or insured against, then extension of time for supply as may be
warranted on intimated from us.

8. MANPOWER TRAINING:
Manpower training will be arranged at the time of installation and commissioning of plant and
machineries at the clients site by us.

9. ERECTION AND COMMISSIONING:


A team of our engineers will be deputed to the project site for Erection Installation and Commissioning
of the plant and machinery supplied by us. Client requires to bear To & Fro Fare & Local Traveling
Expenses + Lodging and Boarding at site for our engineers deputed. Any delay in commissioning time
before stipulated time frame arising from clients part will be charged @ 3000 INR / Day / person extra
10. ESSENCE OF THE CONTRACT:
Delivery schedule and commissioning the project is directly related to customers fulfilling his
obligations in respect of terms of payment. Installation and Commissioning is directly related to
customer’s fulfilling his Building and other requirements to line up the same.

11. INSPECTION :
Customer will be intimated to inspect the items before dispatch as otherwise the item after receipt of
the payment will be dispatched as per dispatch instructions. It is understood that manufactured item
will be inspected by our internal inspection wing before dispatch.

12. INSURANCE:
Transit Insurance by you. However we shall intimate you the dispatch details to effect insurance.

13. GUARANTEE:
The product of our manufacture carries a guarantee against manufacturing defects, for a period of
Twelve months, from the date of dispatch from our factory. Please note that the guarantee is restricted
to mechanical items only and is limited to repair replacement of defective spares and accessories and
does not cover any consequent losses of damages. The guarantee will not cover normal wear and tear of
the parts or defects due to mishandling of the equipment or negligence. As regards bought out items like
Compressor, Pumps, Motors, Instruments, etc., the guarantee offered by the manufacturers of these
items would be passed on to you and it is limited to the guarantee offered by the respective
manufacturers. Warranty on Compressor Limited to 6 months only as offered by the manufacturer.

14. SUBSTITUTION OF MATERIALS:


In the event of non-availability of steel or any other material of a particular section or quality, we will be
using the nearest available alternate section with the approval of the Buyers. Any increase or decrease
on this scope will be to the buyers Account.

15. JURISDICTION:
All disputes will be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction Only

16. LAYOUTS & PLANT DESIGN :


Detailed Designing of plant and plant layout as per BIS hygienic Standards will be provided by
Aguapuro, the architectural drawing / structural drawing to be prepared by client as per the layout
provided by Aguapuro. Aguapuro representatives will interact with clients appointed architects for the
same. All civil construction and appointment of contractors and architects and their payment in client’s
scope

17. ELECTRICAL DETAILS :


Details regarding Electrical Drawings and load requirement will be provided by Aguapuro, All electrical
connections and arrangement of electricity including documentation to be done by the client as per the
designs & suggestions provided.

18. ANCILLARIES :
All required ancillaries such as Raw water tanks, pipings from bore well to raw water tanks and from
there to the inlet of raw water pump, Air conditioners, Air curtains, fly kits, lightning, exhaust fans etc in
client’s scope. Detailing will be given by Aguapuro

19. ISI DOCUMENTATION : For Indian Packaged Drinking Water Clients Only
Arrangement of Documents such as Gram panchayat NOC, Pollution Control NOC, etc related to
Application of ISI marking in client’s scope, all details regarding the documents required will be
provided by Aguapuro. Aguapuro will assist in getting ISI License for the project through their own
sources however at extra cost payable by the Client.
20. Aguapuro will assist the Client in all maximum possible ways for the project which lies in its
approach.

21. EXCLUSIONS OF OFFER:


Please note out offer does not include the following:
1. All types of civil works including foundations, drains, drain sumps storage tank neutralization pit.
2. Safe storage of tank, chemicals and other accessories at site.
3. All types of electrical wiring and cabling including motors starters MCC control panels etc.
4. Regeneration and dosing chemicals laboratories reagents required for the initial start of the plant and
normal operation of plant.
5. Piping up to the inlet of plant machineries and drain outlets. GI piping’s & fitments for Jar wash room.
6. Watch and Ward.
7. Earthing materials.
8. Covered storage facilities.
9. Lighting and Water supply facilities.
10. Unloading, storage and security of equipment at site.
11. Plant building and its illumination and ventilation.
12. Any other equipments, work and services not specifically mentioned as forming part of our offer.
13. Labour and tools required for erection and commissioning.
14. Hangers / fixtures and supports required for Electrical connections and Pipings.
